PDF files are required for all large format printing.

All files must be a minimum of 300DPI. Files need to be the size in which they’re going to print to avoid pixelation, blurriness and other quality concerns.

Once a proof has been approved by the customer, standard business cards are completed within 1-3 business days, depending on the amount requested. Full bleed business cards are processed differently and require approximately 5-7 business days.

If you’ve already created a business card, a high resolution, flattened/rasterized JPG (300-600dpi) is best for the highest possible print quality when working with our layout templates. We can also work with a PDF, but be aware there could be quality loss in the conversion process.

Business cards should be set up to be 3.5” x 2” in size and saved either as a JPG or PDF and saved as one per page, rather than tiled with many. This works best with our processing template.

Any cards with a full bleed design (colours, patterns or images that touch any edge of the card) must be designed with an additional cutting gutter of a quarter inch on all four sides, making the card 3.75” x 2.25” in size. This will allow us to cleanly cut the cards for a more polished, true full bleed print

Yes, we can! We can do basic setups. However, we’re not graphic designers and ask that customers have a sketch or general layout in mind, as well as provide logos and/or non-copyright owned images for use. Having your text ready to go (aka what you want to say) in the body on an email or in a text document would also be beneficial.

For legal reasons, please make sure that all images being used are your own or are being used with written consent from the original artist/photographer/author. We do have a limited pool of royalty free images to draw from, should you not have an image or logo already. Design work is billed a minimum of $5 at a rate of $60 per hour. The first two proofs are free of charge with your order. Continued proofs are $5 each.

300-600DPI resolution is best for optimum printing quality. Depending on the size of your card and your desired layout, image sizes will vary. However, bigger is always better.

Absolutely! Please make sure that you’ve saved your card as a high resolution JPG, TIFF or PDF file.

The calendar comes with the default cover with the year on it. If you would like an image on the cover, please supply the high resolution image you’d like to use. It’s an additional 49¢ to add the extra photo.

The pages that go into your calendar are 8.5”x11”, so the finished size when hanging on a wall is approximately 11”x17”

Just your photos! We take care of the rest. High resolution (300-600 DPI) JPG, PNG and TIFF file types are preferred. We can work with PDFs, though please be aware that there may be some quality loss during the conversion process to our template.

Yes. If you are able to save a pdf version of your calendar we would be happy to print it for you (prices may vary according to your setup). Please be sure to leave a quarter inch gutter on all four sides of the page as processing will leave that area blank.

We automatically crop your photos so they fit. You can crop them in advance so they fit an 8.5”x11” or we can perform custom cropping or editing for an additional fee.

Yes, they can! Due to the additional labour involved, it’s 49¢ per image that we must scan in.

Yes! We have templates to support 1, 2 and 3 photos on a page. We can also further customize the page, though an additional fee for editing will be applied.

300-600dpi works best. Lower resolutions may look fantastic on a computer screen, but printing them can result in a bad quality, pixelated or blurry image.
